Not the clean version. The version where the export is weird, the workflow is half in someone’s head, the metric means something different on Tuesday, and the software still has to be useful.
I want to write about healthcare organizations, data work, AI buildouts, clinic operations, and strategy from that point of view. Sometimes that means a case. Sometimes it means a concept note. Sometimes it means a review of a tool claim against workflow reality.
The standard is simple: if the idea can’t survive real operations, it probably isn’t done yet.
